Frag event this month REMINDER TO SUBMIT FRAGS BY JULY 24TH

Just a reminder this month is the frag event and the cutoff date for entry is coming up fast. the date will be july 24th at midnight. this will have to be the complete and correct list so i advise you get them to me before then in case of any error's. remember please don't pm me due to my business and family i'm rarely by the pc unless i know i need to be, so if you can call me or perfer you to text me with " want to submit frags" with you name and member number and i'll email you a submission list and fill that out completely (and please do not change any size, font etc on the sheet) with the pics named and numbered according to your list, then i'll compile all of them and upload them to the site and you can double check my work and i'll reply with your numbers for the event ( the numbers you come up with may not be the actual numbers for the event) and naomi will compile them to a powerpoint for the night of the auction.

if any one is new to the procedure and not sure how it goes give me a shout and i'll answer any qustions you have. talk to you guys soon

one other thing please try to make the pics as clear as possible and make sure there no larger than 800x600 to enable email to be possible. the clearer the pic the more money someone will be willing to spend on it

The frag event has not been canceled and it will be on Saturday as scheduled.
The Frag coordinator is just a little busy days before the event.
